Command Sgt. Maj. James P. Wills, U.S. Army Reserve command sergeant major, participates in a physical fitness session with the Army Reserve Master Fitness Trainer instructors, January 20, 2015 at Fort Knox, Kentucky.  The MFT course taught by U.S. Army Reserve instructors from the 94th Training Division (FS) is based out of Fort Knox, Kentucky. The two-week course prepares MFTs to address the physical readiness demands of their unit, as well as each individual assign to that unit. It also focuses on performance nutrition, running technique and analysis, the Army Body Composition Program, Army physical readiness training and reconditioning and rehabilitation for injured and profiled Soldiers.
