SAN ANTONIO, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Master Sgt. Francisco Llanos, the medical logistics noncommissioned officer in charge for the Pinellas Park, Fla., based Army Reserve Medical Command, writes a label on a litter stand during the pre-check inventory packing, or PCIP, with the Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel, or TLAMM, warehouse, at Kelly Field in San Antonio, April 8, 2026. Llanos said AR-MEDCOM established the working relationship with TLAMM to maximize the efficiency in the inventory, packing and shipping of requisite medical materiel and other relevant logistics to support training exercises and real-world medical operations.
