SAN ANTONIO, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Terrance Smith, a patient administration specialist with the Mobile, Ala., based 7223 Medical Support Unit, organizes pharmaceuticals on a wire shelf during the pre-check inventory packing, or PCIP, with the Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel, or TLAMM, warehouse, at Kelly Field in San Antonio, May 7, 2026. Soldiers taking part in the PCIPs with the TLAMM get the opportunity to build their skill sets and repetitions, all the while providing support for training exercises and real-world missions that require medical triage and care.
