SAN ANTONIO - Army Reserve Sgt. Frank Vaello Clas, a human resource specialist from the 7306th Medical Exercise Support Battalion in San Antonio, makes “stage skin” and getting to know more of the special effects materials of the Effects and Enablers section during the 7306th MESB Academy at the Armed Forces Reserve Center located at Joint Base San Antonio - Camp Bullis, Texas on March 12, 2026. The E&E section develops simulated injuries, or "injects," ranging from blast injuries to complex trauma that mirror battlefield conditions, which training units must assess, triage and treat.
