KILLEEN, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Brennon Hanks, a dental specialist with the Columbia, Mo., based 7406th Troop Medical Clinic, performs an X-ray on a Soldier during a dental examination at the Deployment Readiness Center in Fort Hood, Texas, Jan. 12, 2026. Soldiers of both the 7406th TMC and the Houston, Texas-based 7240th Medical Support Unit were mobilized to Fort Hood, Texas in order to provide medical staffing and support of the overall Mobilization Force Generation Installation, or MFGI, platform to validate and care for pre- and post-deployment service members and civilians.
