FORT McCOY, Wis. - Army Reserve Spc. Manuel Chavoya, a veterinary food inspection specialist with the San Diego, Ca. based 7352nd Veterinary Detachment, maintains his grip on a pullup bar for the flexed-arm hang event of the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge, or GAFPB, fitness test during the Best Squad Competition 2025 led by the Pinellas Park, Fla. based Army Reserve Medical Command and co-hosted by the Gillem Enclave, Ga. based 3rd Theater Medical Command, in Fort McCoy, Wis., from March 24, 2025, through March 30, 2025. Chavoya earned the recognition as the AR-MEDCOM Best Soldier of the entire competition during the awards ceremony on March 30, 2025.
