FORT EUSTIS, Va. - Sgt. 1st Class Thomas Fuller, 597th Trans. Bde., ARTRANS, senior human resources sergeant visually inspects a competing Soldier during the challenging Quarterly Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Boards at the 597th “Rapid Support” headquarters at Fort Eustis, Va. The board rigorously tested, questioned and inspected competitors before awarding the "best of the best."
