The 2026 DECA International Career Development Conference was held in Atlanta, Georgia, April 25–28, 2026, bringing together more than 20,000 students, advisors and business professionals for competitive events, leadership development, career readiness and networking opportunities. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, management and other business-related fields through competitive events and leadership development programs.
