Army Reserve engages future leaders at Distributive Education Clubs of America’s annual international conference

ATLANTA - U.S. Army officers and civilian leaders participate in a roundtable discussion during the Distributive Education Clubs of America International Career Development Conference at the Georgia World Congress Center (DECA) in Atlanta, Georgia, April 27, 2026. The group engaged in conversation during a formal dinner event, building connections between military and civilian representatives in support of leadership development, career readiness, community outreach and student engagement. The 2026 DECA International Career Development Conference was held in Atlanta, Georgia, April 25–28, 2026, bringing together more than 20,000 students, advisors and business professionals for competitive events, leadership development, career readiness and networking opportunities. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, management and other business-related fields through competitive events and leadership development programs.
