ATLANTA - U.S. Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps recruitment brochures are displayed alongside U.S. Army promotional materials during the Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) International Career Development Conference at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, April 27, 2026.
