Cyber X-Games 2018 focuses on critical infrastructure

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Cyber X-Games 2018 hosted by the Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group (ARCOG), 335th Signal Command (Theater), included 72 participants form across the ARCOG, U.S. Air Force personnel from network and cyber operations centers/squadrons and civilian network and cyber professionals from government contractor entities June 13-19 at the University of Texas at San Antonio. The Cyber X-Games is a five-day exercise facilitated by military and academia partnerships consisting of survey and reconnaissance of the cyber environment, inject detection and response and live red/blue teaming. This year’s games focused on the protection of critical network infrastructures in the areas of finance, public utilities and health care. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Sgt. Erick Yates)
