Who We Are

The 108th Training Command (Initial Entry Training) is a force planning foundational pillar and strategic readiness sustainer for the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR). It is one of the largest commands within the USAR, consisting of the 95th Training Division, 98th Training Division and 104th Leader Training, tasked with a multifaceted mission of the highest importance - transforming civilians into Soldiers during BCT and AIT, ROTC Cadet leadership development and training Drill Sergeants who embody the apex of professionalism. The 108th Training Command remains steadfast in its commitment to building the Total Army of 2028 and beyond.

To support United States Army Reservists on their journey to becoming Drill Sergeants, CSM Mosso, Juddiah, Command Sergeant Major of the 108th Training Command (IET), created the Drill Sergeant Candidate Assessment Program (DSCAP), a preparatory program to streamline requirements for wearing the coveted campaign hat.
