FORT McCOY, Wis. - Col. Sheyla Baez-Ramirez, Garrison Commander of U.S. Army Garrison Fort McCoy provides an overview briefing to U.S. Army Reserve senior leaders during the 2026 Senior Commander / Garrison Commander Conference from July 14-15, 2026 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The two-day conference is held each year with this year's focus to strengthen transformation efforts and align modernization priorities.
