FORT Bragg, N.C. - Officers, noncommissioned officers and civilians with the U.S. Army Reserve Command receive awards at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec 13. The ceremony was part of a gathering called shop talk, hosted by the USARC chief of staff, Maj. Gen. Michael D. Roache, where team members ask questions about the organization. 48 people received awards varying from years of service to volunteering at unit functions. Awards are intended to recognize individuals for their meritorious service or achievements, and events like this build esprit de corps of the organization.
