FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- - Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, the outgoing commanding general and Chief of U.S. Army Reserve, speaks during his Relinquishment of Command Ceremony at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Jun. 30, 2020.
