Luckey, welcomed mobilizing or recently deployed U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers and their Families at an 81st Readiness Division Yellow Ribbon program event, June 14-16, 2019 near Orlando, Fla. Hosted by the 81st Readiness Division, the Yellow Ribbon Program provides Soldiers and Families classes, workshops, panels and presentations that highlight the numerous organizations and programs provided to support Soldiers and their Families throughout the deployment process and return to civilian life.
