RADCLIFF, Ky. - U.S. Army Master Sgt. Martin V. Arcilla, exercise and plans non-commissioned officer assigned to the 84th Training Command based out of Fort Knox, Kentucky, conducts rappel safety checks on a competitor before boarding a Black Hawk helicopter April 10, 2019. The 84th Training Command trains Army Reserve Soldiers to generate combat-ready units that are trained, equipped, and lethal to win our nation's wars.
