FORT MCCOY, Wis. - Brig. Gen. Paul L. Kuettner, commanding general of the 86th Training Division, reenlists soldiers in a ceremony Aug. 5 during Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 26 at Fort McCoy, Wis.
