PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Army Reserve Soldiers listen to a speech from Maj. Gen. Jeff Farris, the commanding general of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) of Fort Bragg, N.C., during their graduation ceremony of the Equal Opportunity Leaders Course hosted at the Army Reserve Medical Command in Pinellas Park, Fla., and instructed by EO Leaders from USACAPOC, July 18, 2026. Throughout the course, Soldiers developed skills to assist commanders with command climate assessments, Equal Opportunity education and early intervention strategies that reinforce Army Values and strengthen organizational cohesion.
