FORT LIBERTY, North Carolina - Chief Warrant Officer Five John Harris III is the second Command Chief Warrant Officer for the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne). He holds the position as the principal advisor to the Commanding General on all Warrant Officer matters.
