FORT BRAGG, N.C. - Col. George Hanhauser, outgoing United States Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) chief of staff, hands a retirement flag to Brig. Gen. Richard Sele, the USACAPOC(A) deputy commanding general, who retired after 33 years of service during a ceremony Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 at the USACAPOC(A) headquarters building on Fort Bragg, N.C.
