CHICAGO - Country music star and Army Reserve Warrant Officer Craig Morgan Greer is cheered by baseball fans as the ‘Hero of the Game’ during the Chicago White Sox home opener versus the Detroit Tigers at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago on March 28, 2024. Morgan first joined the Army in 1985. Morgan is a combat veteran who served in Operation Just Cause, in Panama, and served with the 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Airborne Division and the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Regiment.
