MacDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - U.S Army Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey, chief, U.S. Army Reserve, addresses Soldiers assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 332nd Transportation Battalion, before an aerial redeployment training mission Sept. 27, 2017, at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. The simulated deployment movement was the culminating part of a week-long Deployment Readiness Exercise Level III. The DRE Level III is a multi-dimensional real world training event where a unit is notified to deploy and must become ready within a 96-hour window. Luckey observed firsthand how the battalion planned, organized and executed the most intricate phase in the DRE Level III that consists of loading, securing and transporting troops, vehicles and other warfighting materiel via air.(U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
