PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Participants at the Army Reserve Medical Command's Senior Leader Forum pose Dec. 2, 2023, in front of the C. W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center, Pinellas Park, Fla. The "Warrior Medics" hosted the forum, Dec. 1, 2023, through Dec. 3, 2023, to inform the leaders, which included command teams from the Army Reserve's two other two-star medical command's the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) and 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support), about the AR-MEDCOM's transformation to meet the demand signal from Big Army's pivot from counterinsurgency to Large Scale Combat Operations and Large Scale Mobilization Operations.
