BRUSSELS, Belgium - Retired U.S. Army Col. William “Bill” Grieve, public affairs officer for the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR), and Capt. Govanni McCall, serving on the CIOMR public affairs committee, discuss the use of digital technology and social media for international recruitment of military members to their organizations.
