Command Sergeant Major Earl Rocca, 88th RSC command sergeant major, also attended the Iowa National Guard Command Retreat hosted by Maj. Gen. Timothy Orr, Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard, and dedicated the plaque in honor of the Blue Devil's 100 years of serving our Nation.
