Army Reserve leader welcomes new Soldiers at 9/11 Memorial

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Soldiers post the Colors Nov. 7 during a Salute to Service ceremony at the National September 11 Memorial Museum in Manhattan. Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division, delivered the Oath of Enlistment and served as keynote speaker during the event, which was one of dozens of engagements held throughout the city as part of the U.S. Army’s Meet Your Army Week.
