Dec. 21, 2020 | 1:51
Civil Affairs Team 3231, Office of Defense Cooperation, U.S. Embassy to Romania, 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, Army Support Activity-Black Sea, Area Support Group-Black Sea Staff, and other Service members at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base were able to sponsor 125 Romanian children through Salvation Army Angel Tree and helped the Salvation Army surpass their goal of providing 200 children with Christmas gifts by reaching 300 young people in need.
By providing gifts for these children, CAT 3231 is strengthening U.S. Civil-Military and partner nation relations, providing clothes and toys to children who otherwise might go without, and lending a helping hand to citizens of our host nation.
