Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, and retired Gen. Carter F. Ham, president and CEO of the Association of the United States Army and former commander of U.S. Africa Command, participated June 14 at the Stripes and Stars Festival celebrating the U.S. Army 242nd birthday.
