Retired Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Phillip M. Churn Sr. accepted the President's Lifetime Achievement Award at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., on July 20, 2024. The honor celebrates exceptional volunteers who dedicate their time and talents to addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing the nation through community service, Among Churn's key military assignments was serving as commanding general of the 200th Military Police Command in Baltimore, Maryland.
