CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Mark W. Soldiers received status updates about the 79th’s SSC future operations, and Palzer addressed Soldiers’ questions.

“We are going to be looking for missions for our subordinate units, especially down at the company and battalion level,” said Palzer as he discussed the command’s future missions supporting the U.S. Africa Command.

Hackett also provided advice and guidance to the Soldiers as they prepare to wrap up their nine-month deployment and pass on the lessons learned to the incoming unit.
