On display: Soldier forever enshrined at National Army Museum
Lt. Col. Ashley Hartwell, an Army Reserve Soldier, looks at a life-sized model in her visage on display at the National Museum of the U.S. Army, in Fort Belvoir, Va. She was joined by her husband, Maj. Kristopher Hartwell, and daughter, Grace, during the visit. The model, titled "Corporal on Patrol in Ramadi," highlights the growing role of women in combat during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. (U.S. Army photo)
