Clark, from Helena, Montana, is half of the mayor cell team at Karliki, along with U.S. Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 2 Matthew Anderson, from Bellingham, Washington. Both are mobilized to Poland with the 652nd Regional Support Group, a Helena, Montana, Army Reserve unit tasked with conducting base camp operations at 11 camps throughout Poland.
