Medics Train at Fort Knox
Fort Knox, Ky. A student from the 100th Division's 68W10 (Army Medic) MOS-T course, Phase 3 (early 2015), assesses her patient during the Battalion Aid Station (BAS) portion of training. This phase of training simulates practical situations that Soldiers may face in a deployed environment. Soldiers are graded and mentored as they advance through the phases of this course and are returned to their units with the working knowledge and skills to serve as Army Medics for the US Army Reserve, with the ability to mobilize and serve the active duty army overseas.(Army photo by: 1LT Alicia Carver, 100th TD)
