Sgt. Marcy DiOssi of the 1/95th Engineer Battalion out of Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri works on her class presentation at the Army Basic Instructor Course at Fort Dix, New Jersey. During the 10-day course, DiOssi, along with her classmates, will learn critical communication skills and the fundamentals of teaching to become a certified army instructor.
