FORT BENNING, Ga. - U.S. Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 3 Joseph Hayes, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve Competitive Marksmanship Program and the 335th Signal Command, fires his rifle during the the U.S. Army Small Arms Championships at Fort Benning, Georgia March 10-16, 2019. The annual, week-long competition that is hosted by the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit is the Army's premier marksmanship competition that tests Soldiers on both their primary and secondary weapons through 11 different courses of fire.
