102nd Training Division welcomes new command team, bids farewell to former

Canons roar during the 102nd Training Division (Maneuver Support) Change of Command ceremony to symbolically mark the tranfer of authority from outgoing commander Brig. Gen. John Elam to the 102nd's incoming commander, Brig. Gen. Miyako Schanely, at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., March 3, 2016.  The 102nd trains engineers, military police, and CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) soldiers across the United States.

UTICA, NEW YORK – Soldiers with the 353rd Civil Affairs Command and Bravo Company 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion pull security as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter departs from an insertion point during an exercise on March 13, 2016 at the New York State Preparedness Training Center.
