Command Chief Warrant Officer, 88th Readiness Division

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jason D. Sikorski assumed the position of Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) for the 88th Readiness Division on 1 March 2026. A Senior Maintenance Technician (MOS 915E), He comes to the 88th from the 9th Mission Support Command in Honolulu, Hawaii. His career spans nearly three decades of dedicated service, reflecting a proven track record of exemplary leadership and technical expertise in the maintenance field.

CW5 Sikorski’s military career began in October 1995 with the United States Marine Corps, where he served on active duty until September 1999. He transitioned to the U.S. Army Reserve in January 2000. His journey as a warrant officer began upon his completion of Warrant Officer Candidate School on July 14, 2006, when he was appointed Warrant Officer 1. He has steadily risen through the ranks, culminating in his promotion to CW5 in March 2025.

Sikorski has held numerous key assignments including Automotive Maintenance Technician; Commander of the 401st Medium Truck Company; Commander of Charlie Company, 3-399th Logistics Support Battalion; Multi-Functional Team Inspector; and Senior Maintenance Technician for the 88th Readiness Division G4 at Fort McCoy, Wis.

His military education includes the Primary Leadership Development Course, Warrant Officer Candidate School, Warrant Officer Basic/Advanced/Intermediate Level Education, and Senior Service Level Education courses.

Sikorski’s military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, and Army Service Ribbon.

In his civilian capacity, he serves as the Acting Deputy G4 for the 88th Readiness Division at Fort McCoy.

CW5 Sikorski and his wife, Amy, have been married for more than 17 years and have two children.
