CSM Lorraine C. Duke is a native of Brooklyn, NY. She enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve in October 1997 and completed Basic Combat Training at Ft Leonard Wood, MO and Advanced Individual Training at the Quartermaster School at Ft Lee, VA.

CSM Duke currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Regency Hospital Macon, a Select Medical facility.
