CSM Lorraine C. Duke is a native of Brooklyn, NY. She enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve in October 1997 and completed Basic Combat Training at Ft Leonard Wood, MO and Advanced Individual Training at the Quartermaster School at Ft Lee, VA.

CSM Duke has served in various leadership positions to include Team Leader, 140th Quarter Master CO, 77th Sustainment BDE, Ft Totten, NY; Small Group Instructor, 6th BDE, 98th TNG DIV, Seagirt, NJ; Drill Sergeant, 3rd BN, 385th INF REGT (BCT), Edison, NJ and 3rd BN, 485th INF REGT (OSUT), 98th TNG DIV, Ft Benning, GA; Observer/Controller Trainer and HHC First Sergeant, 1st BN 347th REGT, 1st Army, Ft Gillem, GA; First Sergeant, C CO, 3rd BN, 485th INF REGT (OSUT), 98th TNG DIV; First Sergeant, HHC 98th TNG DIV, Ft Benning, GA; Command Sergeant Major, 3rd BN, 323rd INF REGT (OSUT), 98th TNG DIV; Command Sergeant Major, 8th MED BDE, Ft. Wadsworth, NY.

Her operational mobilizations include Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Team Leader assigned to the 140th Quarter Master CO and Operation Noble Eagle (Homeland), as a Senior Drill Sergeant assigned to the 330th INF REGT (BCT), Ft Benning, GA.

CSM Duke attended the Primary Leader Development Course, Total Army Instructor Training Course, Small Group Leader Training Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, Drill Sergeant Course, Combatives Trainer Level 1 Course, Senior Leader Course, Observer Controller Trainer Course, USAR Company Commander-First Sergeant Course, Master Fitness Trainer Course, Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education Course, Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Command Course, Battalion and Brigade Command Sergeant Major Development Program, TRADOC Initial Entry Training Battalion Pre-Command Course, U.S. Army Sergeant Majors Academy and the U.S. Army War College Nominative Leader Course.

CSM Duke’s civilian education includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. CSM Duke currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Regency Hospital Macon, a Select Medical facility.
