CW4 Moeller serves as the Command Chief Warrant Officer of the 108th Training Command.
Prior to becoming the CCWO for 108th, she deployed in support of Operation Enduring Sentinel with 145th Medical Battalion as the Property Book Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. She was also responsible for transferring all property and logistical operations over to the Department of State (DoS). She was the sole awardee of the Meritorious Honor Award, commended by the DoS, for her excellent teamwork during the transition.
In December 2011, CW4 Moeller began serving as the Senior Property Accountability Technician for G4 95th Training Division in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. She volunteered her services as the Command Chief Warrant Officer for 95th TD as well.
After graduating from Warrant Officer Candidate School in 2004, she was assigned to 1st Brigade, 95th TD, as the Property Accountability Technician.
In support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, then SSG Moeller augmented active duty troops at Fort Sill, Oklahoma while serving with 5045th Garrison Support Unit. She attended Warrant Officer Candidate School while activated with 5045th and became WO1 Moeller.
She began her military career in 1994 as PVT Moeller and served as an active duty supply clerk/sergeant in Fort Knox, Kentucky, Camp Hialeah in Pusan, Korea, and ended her active duty tour at Ft Sill, Oklahoma under 2-2 Field Artillery Brigade. She transitioned over to the Army Reserves in 2000.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate degree in General Studies both from Cameron University. She graduated from Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course in 2022.
Her awards include 2 Meritorious Service Medals, 6 Army Commendation Medals, 2 Army Achievement Medals, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Meritorious Honor Award issued by Dept of State and the Franklin Award also issued by the Dept of State.
CW4 Moeller and her husband, [Ron Hercules (yes Hercules)] have three children. Oldest daughter lives on her own in Oklahoma City and the two teens are highly active in school sports.
