Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jeffery Fiely

Command Chief Warrant Officer

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jeffery W. Fiely assumed the duties as the Command Chief Warrant Officer of the 200th Military Police Command on 1 May 2022 after most recently serving with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigations Division Headquarters.  In this position he serves as the 200th MP Command’s senior technical and policy advisor for felony criminal investigative operations and investigative support programs as well as providing insight and oversight for all Warrant Officers within the Command. 

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Fiely was born in Lynwood, California.  He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1993 as an Infantryman with his first assignment at Ft. Benning, Georgia.  CW5 Fiely joined the U.S. Army Reserves as a light wheeled vehicle mechanic in 1995.  Chief Fiely became a Warrant Officer in 1998 with a Military Occupational Specialty of 915A (Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer).  He became a 311A CID Warrant Officer/Agent in 2001 and has served in various units and duty assignments for CID. 

Chief Fiely deployed to Afghanistan in 2003-2004 serving as Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge with the Department of Defense Criminal Investigation Task Force in Bagram.  2009-2010 Chief Fiely served as the CID Liaison Officer to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Indianapolis. 

Included among his awards and decorations are the Bronze Star Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Reserve Components Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal W/M Device, National Defense Service Medal (2), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Parachutist Badge and the Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge.  He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Mountain State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Charleston.

CW5 Fiely is also a civilian Army CID Agent and is currently the Resident Agent-in-Charge of Detroit Fraud Resident Agency where he supervises a group of CID agents who conduct investigations into allegations of contract fraud, including bribery and public corruption, in procurement of the U.S. Army’s major weapons and support systems as well as civil and military construction contracts awarded and/or administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

CW5 Fiely is married to Angela Fiely.  They have four adult children, three who have served in the US Military.
