Brig. Gen. Patricia R. Wallace is an Army Reserve Officer who was commissioned in 1990. After serving two years of enlisted service she accepted her ROTC commissioning in the Adjutant General Corp at Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University.

Brig. Gen. Wallace and her husband have two children. The family lives in Elgin, Ill.
