      <title>Command Sergeant Major Tully Culp</title>

      <description>Command Sergeant Major Tully J. Culp enlisted in the U.S. Army in October 1993, as a member of the Delayed Entry Program. He reported to Basic Combat Training/Advanced Individual Training in January 1994 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, as a 13B, Cannon Crewmember.  Upon graduation, Culp reported to his first duty station with Alpha Battery, 2nd 82nd Field Artillery, Division Artillery, 1st Cavalry Division, at Fort Hood, Texas.&lt;br/&gt;
