FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. - Patsy Gasca, Community Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region, recently visited Fort Hunter Liggett to brief the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) team. During her visit, Gasca shared insights on how the Red Cross collaborates with the military in disaster preparedness and response efforts, emphasizing the importance of joint crisis activation and support for service members and their families.
