Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general for the U.S. Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, speaks April 22 at a pre-retirement brief at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. The event was attended by Soldiers and spouses interested in receiving the latest information to assist in retirement preparation. The 99th RSC periodically conducts briefings throughout its 13-state region and Europe to allow for direct assistance to multiple individuals at the same time.
