Maj. Gen. Bruce Hackett, commanding General of the 80th Training Command speaks at the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico to celebrate the reopening and relocation of a schoolhouse for the 94th Training Division's 5th Battalion on 13 February 2018. The 5th BN's previous schoolhouse was severely damaged by the devastation of Hurricane Maria. Maj. Gen. Hackett and Brig. Gen. Hector Lopez, commanding general of the 94th Training Division, were also on the island to assist with the planned tranistion and approved reassignment of all units stationed in Puerto Rico to the operational control of the 1st Mission Support Command.
