Hackett and Brig. Gen. Hector Lopez were on the island to celebrate the reopening and relocation of a new schoolhouse for the 94th Training Division's 5th Battalion, as well as to assist with the planned tranistion and approved reassignment of all units stationed in Puerto Rico to the operational control of the 1st Mission Support Command.
