YAUCO, Puerto Rico - Staff Sgt. Miguel John, multichannel transmission systems operator-maintainer, explains to a group of U.S. Army Reserve soldiers how Alpha Company, 35th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group provides communication support to USAR soldiers during Hurricane Maria relief efforts at Pfc. John, who is originally from the Bronx, New York, but resides now in Guanica, Puerto Rico, is assigned to A Co. based out of Yauco, Puerto Rico, and is part of the soldiers from the Army Reserve in Puerto Rico who are currently providing support to the local community by purifying water, clearing roads, delivering fuel to hospitals and other very important tasks around the island.
