Jami Shawley, incoming commander of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), discusses the partnership of Djiboutian leaders, US military, and the US Embassy during a Women, Peace and Security (WPS) workshop at the Palace Kempinski, Djibouti, May 8, 2022. The workshop focused on collaboration between the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State and the Ministry of Women and Family to update Djibouti's WPS National Action Plan (NAP).
