SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Col. Avery Browne, an Army Reserve medical-surgical nurse from Vacaville, Calif., arrives at Joint Base San Antonio, July 27, 2020 with Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-7452. The team of 85 medical professionals from the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command are providing support to DHR Health in Edinburg, Texas as part of the Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency response to COVID-19. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to states in need as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-nation COVID-19 response.
